Return & Exchange Policy
At SuperdopeTHCA.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Due to the sensitive nature of our offerings and compliance with applicable regulations, we have a strict no return policy in place.
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All items are final sale to ensure product safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Order Cancellations & Refunds (Before Shipping Only)
We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to cancel your order, we may be able to offer a full refund as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
Once your order has been processed and marked as shipped, it is final and non-refundable. At that point, no cancellations or changes can be made.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@superdopethca.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order is already in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the items and/or packaging
- Description of the issue
If the issue is validated, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. This is the only exception to our no-return policy.
We do not offer replacements or credit for:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers
- Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Shipments refused or restricted by local/state regulations
- Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier but claimed as missing
